Chef Nikki is a freelance food writer, culinary blogger and cooking
instructor with a passion for seasonal local and organic cuisine.
Whether developing recipes, teaching cooking classes or entertaining
family & friends- good food is always on her mind.
Chef Nikki has cooked worldwide under the tutelage of your favorite
T.V. Chef Personalities. After years of culinary production in five-star
restaurants she decided to pursue her true passion and started her own
business in personalized culinary education for the home cook. Teaching
both public and private she has instructed classes and parties for the
individual as well as leading team-building corporate events.
Raised in an Italian home, her family kitchen was one of great love and
laughter as she learned the value of hard work, wholesome food and good
wine. She has earned the title of Fromager and worked as a Jr. Sommelier
as she organized food and wine events for discerning clients with a
real appreciation for the good life.
She has cooked alongside acclaimed chefs as student and alum of The
Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York & earned a BA in
Business & Marketing from Boston University. She resides in Santa
