Class Description: Like you were sitting by the dock at a coastal restaurant, enjoy some hearty crab cakes and finish the night off with some delicious strawberry shortcake!

This class will cover the following:

• Classic Wedge Salad with Homemade Bacon Blue Cheese Dressing

• Mushroom and Parmesan Rice Pilaf

• Central Coast Crab Cakes with Herbed Tartar
  Sauce

• Strawberry Shortcake with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
