• Baked Feta with Tomatoes & Olives, with Pita Crisps

• Hearts of Palm and Avocado Salad

• Cucumber Toasted Pine Nut Couscous

• Lamb and Vegetable Kebabs (Can be Prepared with Chicken or Beef - Prior Notification Needed)
